Sleep well

Once again welcome guys.
So today I am going to write about the importance of sleep in daily life. Sleeping is an essential activity which helps to reenergize and rejuvenate the body for regular and daily activities of a person. It freshens up the mind so that one can do his/her with full concentration and can be active for the rest of the day. It helps to reduce the stress and tension of the mind, it decreases the restlessness accumulated in the body due to the tiresome work done by the body throughout the day. One must regularly sleep at least 6 to 7 hours for refreshing the mind from its tired state. As observed a lot of guys tend to reduce their sleep time during examination expecting to memorize and understand the concepts a night before the examination day and as a result one tends to scoreless in exam .sleeping adequate amount of hours in exam helps one to remember topics studied earlier it also helps to reduce the tension and pressure created due to exams. Thus sleeping is very crucial for students to give their optimum output in their studies and stay healthy, fit and active and to give their best.
